A · Two levels: board as a table, project with tabs
The sidebar goes away. Level 1 is the board as a sortable, filterable table: 100 projects are normal there, and each row shows the state of every stage. Level 2 is the project with horizontal tabs. The project name in the breadcrumb is a searchable dropdown, so you switch projects without going back.

Level 2. One “Keywords” tab, with the types as a segmented control and live counts. Main exists exactly once. The “Titles” tab works the same way (BOFU · TOFU · Glossary · Tools).
B · Pipeline stepper
The stages of the work as a bar. Each stage shows status and counts and has one primary action. The derivatives are sub-items of stage 3, the titles belong to stage 4. Explanatory copy becomes unnecessary because the order is the explanation.
The stepper replaces the six cards and the “Each card has its own Start button” copy. Anyone who wants BOFU directly clicks the chip.
C · Cockpit table
For the operator: KPIs, then “next best action”, then one table. Rows are the types, columns the whole path from keyword to content. Six cards plus four title pills become six rows, and titles sit next to their keywords.

The duplicate “Main keywords” disappears: there is one Main row with one “Open”. The four title lists are the “Titles” column.
D · The combination: the target picture
A is the frame (how you navigate), B and C are the content of the Overview tab (what you see when a project is open). The stepper on top answers “where does the project stand?”, the table below “what do I do now?”. The other tabs (Keywords, Titles, Runs, Settings) are the detail views that stepper and table link into.

Open decisions: (1) Should “Competitors” be its own row in the table or move into stage 1 (Setup)? (2) Does “GSC Opportunities” stay visible while GSC is not connected? (3) Does level 1 need a card view for customer screenshots in addition to the table?
